Recently, we came across Yoga with Adriene on YouTube after choosing to integrate more somatic practice (a sensational-based movement approach) into our routines. As a team of athletes, we understand that not only is cross-training vital to our training, but the combination of mind and body is essential to our overall well-being.

In a research study done in 2018 by the National Institute of Drug Abuse, it was found that approx. 115 people die of overdosing on opioids medication.
While yoga may provide an array of benefits, it may be challenging for individuals with chronic pain to find classes that are well suited for them.
